I am a Patient Care Coordinator with a passion for helping patients feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their hearing healthcare journey. I assist with scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient education while serving as a welcoming first point of contact. I take pride in creating a positive experience for every patient and working closely with the audiology team to ensure seamless, compassionate care.

Outside of Work
I enjoy spending quality time with my adult children and making memories together. One of my favorite things to do is take day trips and explore the small towns of Texas—there’s always something new to discover, whether it’s a local café, a hidden shop, or a quiet back road.
